Software Supportability & Reliability Standards

While there are a certain number of standards addressing software reliability, there are not many standards addressing software support or software supportability. This site is as of today probably the only place that provides a complete listing of these standards and where to acquire them. In those cases where these standards are publicly available (e.g., military standards), these documents have been included here. In all other cases, a link to the appropriate site has been provided.
